FAQ

  • Is this course Live? What if I can't make every session?

This training course is a combination of live and content recorded week by week throughout the training. For the best experience, we recommend following along with the schedule as much as possible but all live sessions will be recorded and posted for later viewing as well. Weekly live sessions with Patrick & Carling occur on Friday & Saturdays at 9:00am (PST)

  • I live in a different time zone, can I still attend?

yes! This program is full of global participants and you may attend from anywhere in the world. Reliable internet access is required to access the course but you may view all the content at your pace and during the times that work for you.

  • How should I be planning and completing the coursework?

Each week you will gain access to a new set of lectures, readings, and videos. Weekdays are a great chance to complete the more theoretical coursework, while the weekends include more of the practical lessons in our Live sessions. Of course, you can also learn and structure the workload as fits your schedule to complete the program at your own pace if you prefer.

  • Are there any pre-requisites?

Just like our in person programs, we recommend that you have a consistent pre-existing yoga practice and a deep sense of curiosity and passion for the practice before joining a teacher training course.

  • How long do I have to complete the program?

This course is designed to be followed for 8 weeks, which breaks down to roughly 25 hours of commitment per week. However, you will have access to all of the course materials for 6 months and can complete the work at your own pace if desired.

  • Do I have to plan to teach to attend this program?

People join teacher trainings for many different reasons and a deep interest in learning more about the practice itself can be one. We design all of our YTT courses to help you become a knowledgeable, confident, and compelling teacher & practitioner so while you don't have to intend on teaching, there will be teaching-specific requirements and exercises that we expect you to engage thoughtfully with throughout the course.

absolutely. You may pay in full, or you may commit to a 6 month payment plan. We cannot allow payment plans beyond 6 months at this time.
