As a busy hardworking mother of 3 beautiful children and healer to my community at times I felt spread too thin and overwhelmed, but during quarantine it was the first time I was able to fully focus on my own needs and that led to this class, and it gave me the autonomy I needed. I was able to create an office for myself in the house as I learned and excelled for these 200 hours. I had purpose, and I felt energized to learn and grow and become the best yoga teacher I can be. I can’t wait to spread what I’ve learned and make an impact. I’m thankful for this class and this opportunity to grow as a person and as a teacher.

This training course is a combination of live and pre-record content. We offer a 6-week schedule as an option to structure your learning during this course. Following the 6-week schedule requires roughly 30 hours per week of time commitment. All students have access to the course for 6 months so that you may choose to move at your own personal pace and receive all the same levels of personal feedback, engagement, and learning. Our 4 live workshops occur on Friday's at 8:30am (PST) and are alway recorded so you may view on-demand and download to keep as yours.

  • I live in a different time zone, can I still attend?

yes! This program is full of global participants and you may attend from anywhere in the world. Reliable internet access is required to access the course but you may view all the content at your pace and during the times that work for you.

  • How should I be planning and completing the coursework?

Each week you will gain access to a new set of lectures, readings, and videos. Weekdays are a great chance to complete the more theoretical coursework, while the weekends include more of the practical lessons in our Live sessions. Of course, you can also learn and structure the workload as fits your schedule to complete the program at your own pace if you prefer.

  • Are there any pre-requisites?

Just like our in person programs, we recommend that you have a consistent pre-existing yoga practice and a deep sense of curiosity and passion for the practice before joining a teacher training course.

  • How long do I have to complete the program?

Students have access to all of the course materials for 6 months and can complete the work at your own pace or follow the optional 6-week schedule. There is no expectation that you must complete the program in 6 weeks, we encourage you to acknowledge your personal time & energy constraints and learn in a way that fits your life. Please feel free to use all 6 months to complete this program.

  • Do I have to plan to teach to attend this program?

People join teacher trainings for many different reasons and a deep interest in learning more about the practice itself can be one.
